How we select the brokers on our panel
Homecue introduces you to mortgage advisers, so the quality of that panel matters. We keep it small and curated. Here is exactly what every broker has to meet before they can receive an introduction.
FCA authorised
Every adviser is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, or works for a firm that is. We verify their FCA reference, and it is shown on their profile so you can check it yourself.
The right permissions
Holding the specific regulatory permissions for the advice they give, including residential, buy-to-let and any specialist areas they cover.
Clear service standards
A commitment to treating you fairly, explaining your options in plain English and never pressuring you into a product.
Prompt to respond
Advisers who pick up enquiries quickly. If you ask to be introduced, you should hear back in good time, not days later.
Relevant experience
Genuine experience in the type of mortgage you need, whether that is a first purchase, a remortgage, a home move, buy-to-let or a more specialist case.
A curated panel, not a directory
We do not list every broker who signs up. Homecue works with a carefully selected panel of mortgage advisers, and we would rather keep it small and good than large and unreliable. You are only ever introduced to an adviser if you choose to be.
No sign-up needed to see your results. No broker contacts you unless you ask.
